Hi!
Welcome to my website! I’m a retired marketing executive who has
moved into the wonderful world of art.
I’ve always found that being creative is such a fulfilling
challenge, whether it’s a marketing project or an art project. I have enjoyed painting most of my life but never really took
it seriously until my retirement. I found myself experimenting with
different types of art and I consider myself a mixed media artist.
I enjoy collage art, altered art, card art and
creating unique jewelry. I
feel like I’ve discovered a whole new, creative world!
It has all turned into a very exciting and fun business selling my
art projects through my website, ebay and private commissions.
I have been married to my
wonderful husband, Bruce, for 31 years and we enjoy our retirement home on
Lake Conroe in Texas that we share with our two Chihuahuas,
Katy Sue and Gretchen. Bruce
has been part of the many stages of my art world – I thank him for the
hundreds of dominos and bottle caps he has drilled for my artisan jewelry!
In addition to all my art
projects, I love spending time with my grandchildren, Shynelle, Corey and
Jade. Grandchildren are such a blessing!
Meet Shynelle...
Hi! I have always been involved in the arts,
beginning at a very early age as a dancer and gymnast. And to keep
life interesting for my parents I was very artistic with my crayons on the
bathtub, the table and even on paper sometimes. I grew from that
into sketching, drawing and writing poetry. I find new life
experiences every day in which to include my art and my writing.
Most of my time these
days is spent attending school and spending time with my family.
Meet Jade...
Hi! I'm just
beginning to realize my artistic talents. I love painting and
making beautiful beaded jewelry. Sometimes I wear up to three or
four bracelets at one time just to show off my work! And, now I'm really
into watercolors!
